A holistic perspective to health and wellness is kind of a buzzword, it's becoming a bit of a cliché, but when I talk about this, I really mean it. What does it look like to me, what would that look like for you in your own body? Let’s dig into what it actually means and what it actually looks like to have a holistic perspective to your health and wellness.
