I’m guessing you may have heard of the Vagus Nerve, or maybe the Parasympathetic Nervous System. I’m also guessing that you’re definitely familiar with the idea of R&R, no matter what your favorite R’s stand for- rest, restore, relax, and/or recuperate!

In today’s episode, I’m going to talk about how these ideas and this body structure, the Vagus Nerve, can shut off your Fight or Flight response and allow you to carry over the delicious, restful, alert, clear headed, cheerful life you’ve maybe only ever experienced on vacation- into your normal life, like- every day.
