I’ll be sharing simple whole body adjustments and exercises that help strengthen and align everything from the feet to the neck- and take pressure off the parts that shouldn’t be working so hard to just take a walk. Posture and movement go hand in hand, and they will fall apart without upkeep. You've seen it- a rolling and waddling gait, bending over with your bum up in the air, pushing a shopping cart by laying down on the handlebar. Anyone, at any age, can be more happy, comfortable, and active in their own skin.Instead of shuffling, plodding, and stomping through life, looking up from a forward-bent shoulders and neck, let's incorporate easy movements and simple stretches into your normal life, and re-learn how to feel connected to your own body.
From improving posture to developing strength and relieving stiffness, a good walk can change your body. At the exact same time, a regular walking routine is good for your posture, your mood, your pelvic floor, your balance, your stress levels, and so much more.
