You've heard about the benefits of breathing practices. But HOW do you actually breathe better? And what happens if you don't?
For many years, I was super stressed. Crazy stressed. Canceling-clients-sleeping-for-12-hours stressed. It got to the point that people would check me while I was sleeping because my breathing was so incredibly shallow that there was worry I had stopped.
Did learning how to breathe magically fix everything? Of course not!
But could I have gotten out of that place without actual oxygen in my body? I don't believe so.
100%, my interest is there, and I have loved all of the interactions that we’ve had so far and they’ve just left me wanting more.
Please let me know about the number of hours that will be needed and when the program begins. I don’t want to take one of your spots unless I know that I can actually realistically participate.
