Today, it rained. It poured, really, and it was about 28 degrees. There was ice, and drear, and misery outside.
Inside, I woke up and noticed there was a good deal of dullness and grey-around-the-edges in the mirror as well. After these past several months of heated indoor air, cold dry winds, forgetting to buy vegetables frequently since my CSA ended (hey, it happens!), indulgence over the holidays and divergence from my usual routines, my skin looked pretty much like an over-worn throw rug. And it occurred to me that lots of you are probably in the same spot. So, I changed my upcoming January workshop!
